Horizontal stabilizer is now clecoed and ready for match drilling

About two months ago I've discovered that I had a problem with the rear spar assembly. When I started clecoing HS together for match drilling, I realized I could not cleco about two thirds of the left upper and lower skins to the rear spar. Holes in the spar seemed to be positioned a bit narrower than in the skin. It was a good thing that Sun'N'Fun was coming because this is where I took my pictures and problem to - to talk to Vans right there.
Guys at the booth as well as guys at Vans via support email has confirmed that this was a defective rear spar. Vans sent me a new spar. They asked me if I needed all the parts (doubler, hinge brackets) too, but I said "no", I was going to drill our the ones I had riveted to the faulty spar.
It turned out that drilling out was not giving me satisfying results, so I've ordered doubler and brackets too.
Finally, I've prepared the new rear spar, match drilled everything, primed and then today I have riveted it together.
One thing I'm not sure about is that I needed to use AN470-AD4-6 rivets for the doubler. I don't know if I've used them or if they were AN470-AD4-5. Need to find out if I need to redo them.
Also, I was too happy to place rear spar assembly in the HS assembly to make sure everything matches. I does!!! Everything looks good.
However, in my haste, I did not bolt the part from page 8-3 to the rear spar. Since it was already clecoed and there was ample space to do it in the assembly I've bolted it right there, but somehow managed to drop the torque wrench. Shoot! Now I need to re-calibrate it.
Anyway, I'm not ready to do match drilling of the HS assembly. I'm on page 8-9 now!
